Data We DO NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information or data from:

  • Merchants who install our App
  • End customers who interact with our App features during checkout

Data Processing

Our App operates entirely within your Shopify store environment and processes data only temporarily and locally to provide the following functionality:

  • Cart validation and gift additions/removals
  • Progress bar calculations
  • Discount tier eligibility checks
  • Shipping threshold calculations

All processing occurs in real-time within your Shopify store, and no data is transmitted to, stored on, or retained by our external servers.

Shopify Data Access

Our App requires certain Shopify API permissions to function properly, including access to:

  • Checkout data

These permissions are used solely to enable the App's features (free gifts, tiered discounts, progress bars, etc.) and no data accessed through these permissions is collected, stored, or shared by us.

  • Honoring all promotions, discounts, and free gifts offered through the App

No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding increased average order value, improved conversion rates, or any other business outcomes from using this App.

Changes to App Functionality

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue App features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify merchants of significant changes through the Shopify App Store or in-app notifications.

Compliance with Laws

Merchants are responsible for ensuring their use of this App complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Consumer protection laws
  • Advertising standards
  • Tax regulations
  • Data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store your data, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. Any data related to your App configuration is stored within your Shopify store and can be managed through your Shopify admin panel.

App Removal

If you uninstall the App from your Shopify store, all App configuration data will be handled according to Shopify's standard app uninstallation procedures. Since we do not maintain external copies of any data, uninstalling the App will remove all associated data from our system.
