How does the self-service kiosk work?
The kiosk displays a simple customer-facing interface on a tablet. Customers select their product, see the weight from the scale (or enter it manually), and the system generates a QR label. They print the label and attach it to their bag, then proceed to the regular checkout line.
Can VahaPOS generate customer QR codes?
Yes! VahaPOS can generate unique QR codes for your customers. When staff scan a customer QR at POS, it automatically links the transaction to that customer account. This works great for loyalty programs and customer tracking.
